The IPA du Nord-Est, our beloved juicy one, is hitting the market in a Double IPA version.

Same legendary recipe, same DNA, but everything's been pushed to the max. Hop-wise, we're keeping the two stars of the show: Citra and Mosaic. But this time, we're going full throttle: from 120 kg of hops in the OG, we're blowing it up to 200 kg in dry hop. It's a tropical downpour hitting your glass. And at 8.0%, it's got some serious muscle. More body, a touch more residual sugar, and aromas that hit you right in the nose.
