Human resources buisness partner

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be the person responsible for human resources management within the company with 170 employees (unionized and non-unionized).

Responsibilities :

  • Support and advise managers and supervisors in all areas of human resources management;
  • Take charge of workforce planning, recruitment, identifiation, selection and retention of talent, be responsible for the staffing process for menagement and non-union employees;
  • Participate in the development of strategies and means aimed at achieving the plant’s objectives in terms of human resources management;
  • Act as a coach for the factory management and supervision team with a view to developing their skills and those of their team;
  • Responsible for the negotiation of the various collective agreements;
  • Act as a change agent in the context of organiational development projects and, if necessary lead such projets;
  • Actively pariticipate in the annual performance evaluation, salary review and bonus process;
  • Coordinate and ensure the smooth running of the various committees : occupational health and safety committee as well as the labor relations committee, carry out he necessary follow-ups;
  • Coordinate and manage the training program by assessing the different needs;

Required profile :

Sales and marketing

Représentant des ventes CAD –Estrie & Canton-de-l'Est

Reporting to the District Manager, the representative's main mandate is to manage CAD products (home consumption) in department stores and small stores. He is responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales targets for his territory. The work is mainly done on the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to execute the marketing and ensure the availability of products on a continuous basis.
  • Ensure the completion of all activities planned in the field sales process in order to achieve results.
  • Work as a team in order to identify opportunities for sales development and marketing of Brasseurs du Nord products.
  • Execute the implementation of promotional strategies adapted for each client while ensuring maximum visibility.
  • Continuously identify changes in the beer market regarding new products, packaging and commercial activities.

Social media and digital ecosystem manager

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Director, the incumbent implements a marketing plan related to social media and community management for the various audiences. The incumbent recommends, deploys and executes the appropriate communication strategies for the different platforms by prioritizing the customer experience. In addition to being an expert on different platforms and their usage habits, the candidate is an excellent content creator and a specialist in online interaction management. He is also responsible for the corporate ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Social media

  • Develop the strategy for social networks and their deployment;
  • Develop the social marketing playbook with the partner agency;
  • Perform research, ideation, writing and uploading on social networks of content (texts, photos, videos ...);
  • Develop, plan and update detailed editorial calendars in collaboration with members of the marketing team;
  • Ensure that the Boréale brand is adequately represented in all social media initiatives in order to project and increase a positive image;
  • Monitor conversations and moderate them on all platforms;
  • Ensure the development of a network of collaborators and influencers;
  • Produce reports and analyze the performance of our social presence in line with our business objectives;
  • Stay abreast of new trends in social media, influencers and digital analytics;
  • Orient, plan and structure, with the specialized agency, digital communications programs (relationship program and newsletters);
  • Manage all domain names in the digital ecosystem; and Effectively manage customer / subscriber databases and enforce anti-spam law C-28.

Results analysis

  • Collect data and analyze different performance reports (media and others);

Requirements

Customer Experience Advisor, Relais Boréale

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the incumbent will be responsible for welcoming people, providing personalized service and properly administering the retail space at the brewery. In addition, he will ensure the reception of our offices.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve all customers with courtesy in a clean and relaxed environment;
  • Manage Relais Boréale operations and ensure good practices for cash register opening and closing procedures, depositfs, reimbursement forms, sales reports, timesheets and beer orders.
  • Update the products available on the web platform and set up promotions/ themes with the support of the marketing team;
  • Respond to requests and questions regarding Boréale’s products and history;
  • Take calls in a professional manner, take messages and properly redirect calls;

Marketing Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Director, the incumbent actively participates in the coordination of marketing activities for the various business sectors (CAD and CSP). He is responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan and the marketing activities under his responsibility.

The challenges to achieve your ambitions :

  • Brief, coordinate and execute the development and modifications of thematic, seasonal or new product packaging according to the planned schedule but also according to the technical specifications required by production, purchasing and quality;
  • Give approvals during the various press oks with suppliers;
  • Coordinate the launch of new products, develop communication tool and provide support to the production team and the sales force;
  • Develop point-of-sale advertising material as well as displays for the various product ranges;
  • Respond to various ad hoc requests from CAD, CSP and Relais Boréale sales teams;
  • Brief, coordinate and execute the development of new products launched in CSP;
  • Evaluate and ccoordinate sponsorship requests, and major events, and transmit information for sponsorship monitoring to the responsible person;
  • Support the Relais Boréale in its communication, events at the brewery and its promotional actions;
  • Participate in budget monitoring and manage the various budgets related to the projects under his responsibility.

In factory

Sanitation attendant (16h30-1h)

Reporting to the production supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for cleaning for the prewash and disassembling production equipment for efficient cleaning. He operates in a unionized environment where sanitation and health and safety are at the heart of the priorities.

Responsabilities :

  • Perform the cleaning of production rooms, including certain equipment, following the sanitation methods described in the plant plan and procedures.
  • Disassemble and reassemble production equipment as needed in order to clean it.
  • Carry out cleaning and sanitation of production lines as needed.

Required profil :

  • Experience of 1 or 2 in sanitation in an industrial food environment (an asset).
  • Excellent physical condition (being able to lift the necessary loads – 20 kg)
  • Sence of organization and sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and a sense of a job well done.
  • Able to follow the training for the operation of a lifting platform and WHMIS to work with chemicals.
  • Able to report health problems related to operations.
  • Must have good judgment and be independent.

Production planner

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the production planner is responsible for purchasing and scheduling production schedules.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in the operational strategy by aligning with the company’s vision;
  • Determine, revise and optimize the production planning parameters according to existing constraints ;
  • Plan the brewing production plan according to existing constraints ;
  • Plan the production of over-packaged products (internal/external);
  • Plan the production of finished products at our subcontractors;
  • Plan the releases of ours partners;
  • Optimize inventories according to projected sales;
  • Achieve the target level of customer service, determine the causes of stock shortages and apply corrective measures, if necessary ;
  • Ensure the availability of raw materials at the factory from external warehouses for the production of finished products;
  • Animate the forum between Sales and Operations for the follow up and alignment of sales forecasts;
  • Produce and communicate variousoperational reports and monitor key performance indicators relating to planning;
  • Participate in the integration of ERP, MRP and CRM solutions into operationnal processes;

Required profile :

Brewer - Weekends

Reporting to the Brewing Supervisor, the candidate must be able to operate the equipment used for brewing, fermentation, clarification and filtration of beer:

Main responsibilities:

  • Operate the equipment intended for the production of beer
  • Master the brewing, fermentation, clarification and filtration processes
  • Equipment washing and sanitation (lines-tanks-equipment)
  • Control of the cleaning system in place
  • Complete production reports
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment;
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines according to the production schedule;

  • Ensure workplaces are clean and safe
