Sales and marketing

Marketing Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Director, the incumbent actively participates in the coordination of marketing activities for the various business sectors (CAD and CSP). He is responsible for the implementation of the marketing plan and the marketing activities under his responsibility.

The challenges to achieve your ambitions :

  • Brief, coordinate and execute the development and modifications of thematic, seasonal or new product packaging according to the planned schedule but also according to the technical specifications required by production, purchasing and quality;
  • Give approvals during the various press oks with suppliers;
  • Coordinate the launch of new products, develop communication tool and provide support to the production team and the sales force;
  • Develop point-of-sale advertising material as well as displays for the various product ranges;
  • Respond to various ad hoc requests from CAD, CSP and Relais Boréale sales teams;
  • Brief, coordinate and execute the development of new products launched in CSP;
  • Evaluate and ccoordinate sponsorship requests, and major events, and transmit information for sponsorship monitoring to the responsible person;
  • Support the Relais Boréale in its communication, events at the brewery and its promotional actions;
  • Participate in budget monitoring and manage the various budgets related to the projects under his responsibility.

Required profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination;
  • Experience in the brewing or food industry, an asset;
  • Good organizational, communication and innovation skills`
  • Attention to detail, organization, rigor and autonomy;
  • Good management of priorities and creative spirit;
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Billingualism both orally and in writing;
  • Must own a vehicule and be willing to travel to Qebec.

In factory

Brewer - Weekends

Reporting to the Brewing Supervisor, the candidate must be able to operate the equipment used for brewing, fermentation, clarification and filtration of beer:

Main responsibilities:

  • Operate the equipment intended for the production of beer
  • Master the brewing, fermentation, clarification and filtration processes
  • Equipment washing and sanitation (lines-tanks-equipment)
  • Control of the cleaning system in place
  • Complete production reports
  • Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment;
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines according to the production schedule;
  • Ensure product quality control throughout the process
  • Ensure workplaces are clean and safe
  • Perform various manipulations on beer and yeast
  • Revision and update of production registers
  • Drafting and updating work instructions

Required profile :

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Diploma in connection with the brewing field or in food processing
  • Experience in the brewing, food, pharmaceutical industry
  • Being able to manage stress

Sender ($ 19.28)

Reporting to the Logistics and Distribution Manager, the incumbent is responsible for shipping and receiving operations on the day shift. He operates in a unionized environment where health, safety and health are at the heart of the priorities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assemble the orders and ensure their accuracy before shipping them.
  • Be responsible for shipping operations, loading trucks, applying and following the various procedures.
  • Take inventory on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Rotate inventory between production and warehouse areas.
  • Bring the required raw materials (malt, bottles, packaging, etc.) to the production departments.
  • Receive the goods and ensure their conformity according to the order form.
  • Maintain the order and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Required profile:

  • High school diploma (an asset)
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse forklift operator position
  • Valid operator card
  • Comfortable with a computerized inventory management system (WMS)
  • Experience in the food sector (an asset)
  • Ability to work standing for several hours and lift loads of more than 150 lbs

Reporting to the production supervisor, the job holder will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to production lines as directed.
  • Label cans and place them in trays.
  • Form cardboard trays.
  • Stack beer crates to form pallets.
  • Handle and check different products.
  • Respect established quality standards as well as health and safety standards.

Required profile :

  • High school diploma (an asset).
  • 18 and over (alcohol-based products).
  • Availability to work overtime.
  • Own a car (very limited public transportation).
  • Have safety shoes.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Be able to work physically.
  • Ability to work standing for several hours and lifting loads of more than 30lbs.

Delivery Driver – Full Time (22.92$/h)

Under the supervision of the logistics and distribution manager, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

  • Check the accuracy of orders.
  • Delivering cases of beer and barrels of 30 and 50 liters to our customers.
  • Provide courteous and quality service to customers.
  • Bill customers.

Qualified Candidate :

  • High school diploma (an asset)
  • Class 1 driving license required
  • Knowledge of food industry (an asset)
  • Be available to start early in the morning and flexible schedule
  • Provide good customer service

Finance & Administration

Project coordinator

Reporting to the Chairman and CEO the project coordinator works in close collaboration with the project representatives and sometimes, in the context of more complex projects, with a project manager. This key player in the project team monitors the delivery of the various projects assigned to him.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand the global vision of the various projects, the issues and pay particular attention to details ;
  • Work independently on several projects affecting all departments of the company (eg : marketing projects operations projects) ;
  • Plan and coordinate the various activities to ensure the achievement of the objectives identified in the project charter;
  • Raise the issues and potential risks to the project and propose solutions to the projects representative;
  • Ensure regular communication with the various stakeholders of a project as well as management;
  • Ensure, as part of his responsibilities, to ensure respect for the values of the company;
  • Promote, as part of its responsibilities, the continuous improvement of the company.

Required profile :

  • Knowledge of processes and good practices in project management;
