Sales and marketing

Conseiller(ère) expérience client, Relais Boréale

Relevant de la Directrice du marketing et des communications, le titulaire du poste sera responsable d’accueillir les gens, d’offrir un service personnalisé et d’administrer adéquatement l’espace de vente au détail à la brasserie. De plus, il assurera la réception de nos bureaux.

Responsabilités :

  • Accueillir et servir tous les clients avec courtoisie dans un environnement propre et décontracté;
  • Gérer les opérations du Relais Boréale et s’assurer des bonnes pratiques pour les procédures d’ouverture et fermeture de la caisse, les dépôts, les formulaires de remboursement, les rapports de ventes, les feuilles de temps et les commandes de bière.
  • Mettre à jour les produits disponibles sur la plateforme web et mise en place des promotions/thématiques avec le support de l’équipe marketing;
  • Répondre aux demandes et questions concernant les produits et l’historique de Boréale;
  • Prendre les appels de manière professionnelle, prise de messages et rediriger adéquatement les appels;
  • Gérer l’inventaire de la boutique;
  • Gérer les commandes en ligne et la logistique pour les envois des commandes;
  • Remplir le magasin (bière, objets promotionnels, etc…);
  • Remplir et purger les lignes;
  • Évaluer la qualité des produits;
  • Assurer la propreté des lieux;
  • Gérer les achats et le budget des employés;
  • Facturer le client adéquatement;
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent jumelé à une expérience pertinente dans le domaine;

Profil recherché

  • Être passionné de bière;
  • Être capable de soulever et de déplacer des barils et des caisses de bières;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais;
  • Belle personnalité amicale et entregent;
  • Proactivité et esprit d’équipe; habiletés interpersonnelles et sens du service à la clientèle hors pair;
  • Habiletés organisationnelles, aptitudes pour le travail méthodique, polyvalence et grand sens des responsabilités;

Brewer

Reporting to the Brewing Supervisor, the candidate must be able to operate the equipment used for brewing, fermentation, clarification and filtration of beer:

Responsibilities:

• Operate the equipment intended for the production of beer (brewing room, centrifuge, diatomaceous earth filter, etc.)

• Master the brewing, fermentation, clarification and filtration processes

• Equipment washing and sanitation (lines-tanks-equipment)

• Control of the cleaning system in place

• Complete production reports

• Carry out preventive maintenance of equipment;

• Ensure compliance with deadlines according to the production schedule;

• Ensure product quality control throughout the process (including tasting)

• Ensure workplaces are clean and safe

• Perform various manipulations on beer and yeast

• Revision and update of production registers

• Drafting and updating work instructions

• Staff training in the different brewing sectors

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Diploma in connection with the brewing field or in food processing

• Experience in the brewing, food, pharmaceutical industry

• Being able to manage stress

• Flexibility in working hours

• Impeccable attitude towards cleanliness

• Have basic computer knowledge

• Ability for writing

• Be able to meet deadlines

Daily - full time ($ 15,83)

Reporting to the production supervisor, the job holder will have the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to production lines as directed.
  • Label cans and place them in trays.
  • Form cardboard trays.
  • Stack beer crates to form pallets.
  • Handle and check different products.
  • Respect established quality standards as well as health and safety standards.

Required profile :

  • High school diploma (an asset).
  • 18 and over (alcohol-based products).
  • Availability to work overtime.
  • Own a car (very limited public transportation).
  • Have safety shoes.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Be able to work physically.
  • Ability to work standing for several hours and lifting loads of more than 30lbs.
  • Versatility and autonomy.
  • Ease of working in a team.

Sanitation attendant (17h30-2h)

Reporting to the production supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for cleaning for the prewash and disassembling production equipment for efficient cleaning. He operates in a unionized environment where sanitation and health and safety are at the heart of the priorities.

Responsabilities :

  • Perform the cleaning of production rooms, including certain equipment, following the sanitation methods described in the plant plan and procedures.
  • Disassemble and reassemble production equipment as needed in order to clean it.
  • Carry out cleaning and sanitation of production lines as needed.

Required profil :

  • Experience of 1 or 2 in sanitation in an industrial food environment (an asset).
  • Excellent physical condition (being able to lift the necessary loads – 20 kg)
  • Sence of organization and sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and a sense of a job well done.
  • Able to follow the training for the operation of a lifting platform and WHMIS to work with chemicals.
  • Able to report health problems related to operations.
  • Must have good judgment and be independent.
  • Be able to manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Flexibility : may be temporarily assigned to other production activities or evening shifts to compensate for holidays.
