Merchandiser

Reporting to the manager responsible for all merchandisers, the incumbent will work in close collaboration with our representatives and ensure the marketing of our different products according to Boréale standards among our customers in Gatineau.

Main responsibilities:

  • Rotate products and display prices

CAD representative - Montreal

Reporting to the District Manager, the representative's main mandate is to manage CAD products (home consumption) in department stores and small stores. He is responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales targets for his territory. The work is mainly done on the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to execute the marketing and ensure the availability of products on a continuous basis.
  • Ensure the completion of all activities planned in the field sales process in order to achieve results.
  • Work as a team in order to identify opportunities for sales development and marketing of Brasseurs du Nord products.

Marketing & event coordinator

Under the supervision of the Marketing and Communications Director, the incumbent coordinates with the entire marketing team in the execution of the various marketing projects, he coordinates the sponsorships/events and he must provide support to the manager of the Relais Boréale in the implementation of its promotional actions. The incumbent is also responsible for the administrative management of the service.

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests from its marketing team, coordinate and ensure the delivery of marketing projects on time;
  • Coordinate and ensure the execution of sponsorships, events and activities a Relais Boréale;
  • Respond to various ad hoc requests from CAD, CSP and Relais Boréale sales teams.

In factory

Electromechanic – evening (3pm to 11h30pm)

Reporting to the DIrector of Operations, the incumbent sees to the maintenance of all plant equipment and systems in collaboration ith team members. He will operate in an environment where sanitation and health and safety are at the heart of the priorities.

Responsibilites :

  • Ensures the proper functioing of plant equipment (emergency and preventive maintenance) and the achievement of the efficiency of production lines;
  • Participate in the modification, improvement of production tools;
  • Participate in new equipment installation projects;

Reporting to the Logistics and Distribution Manager, the incumbent is responsible for shipping and receiving operations on the day shift. He operates in a unionized environment where health, safety and health are at the heart of the priorities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assemble the orders and ensure their accuracy before shipping them.
  • Be responsible for shipping operations, loading trucks, applying and following the various procedures.

Project coordinator

Reporting to the Chairman and CEO the project coordinator works in close collaboration with the project representatives and sometimes, in the context of more complex projects, with a project manager. This key player in the project team monitors the delivery of the various projects assigned to him.

Financial planning & income analysis manager (maternity leave replacement)

Reporting to the Vice-President Finance and Administration, the incumbent will be responsible for preparing projections, financial analyzes and performance indicators in order to support decision-making. You will work with several departments to provide advice and recommendations to your business partners.

The challenges to achieve your ambitions :

  • Produce various financial analyzes (eg “business case”) concerning the profitability of new products, customer investments, new partnerships and opportunities;
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data and consistent reporting between the different systems and databases;
