A 100% local NEIPA!
The episode in which our brewmaster set himself the challenge of making a NEIPA exclusively from Quebec ingredients.
In honor of local producers, Vivace was brewed with malts from Malterie Caux-Laflamme and fermented with a blend of yeasts isolated from the Quebec terroir by Le Labo - Solutions Brassicoles. On the hop side, we used Quebec El Dorado from Houblonnière Lupuline, Cascade from Houblon Bastien and Tahoma and Triumph from Houblon Jarrêts Noirs.See on Untappd

How to taste
For the mouth feel, the experience is remarkably fruity, with hints of ripe strawberries and grapefruit, complemented by a round, creamy finish.
