The ultimate winter beer!
For the beginning of winter, we brewed for the first time a very complexe American Barley Vine!
The large quantity of hops used in the brewing differentiates it from English Barley Wine by its frank bitterness and its slightly resinous finish. This beer was brewed with a double mashing method to get all the possible complexity of the caramelized notes of the malts used.
