Brewed with a fairly impressive amount of freshly roasted coffee, this Espresso Stout reveals a very complex black beer in terms of flavor despite its low alcohol content. From the first sip, complex notes of cedar, clove and apricot unveil the homemade coffee blend of Lenoir & Lacroix, microbrewer bio and Fair Blainville. The hot and cold brewed coffee in the beer makes it possible to look for a greater extent of its flavors. In order to amplify the texture and to mimic the cream of an espresso coffee, this episode is served with nitrogen.

Alcool : 4%
IBU : 40
Hop : Colombus
Other : Espresso Coffee, roasted cereals, dark chocolate
