Gose brewed with a northern touch!

The Episode where our Brewmaster dropped hops in our very first Gose.

Goses are sour, lightly salted wheat beers, flavored with coriander seeds. We put a Boréale twist on this classic style by incorporating a healthy dose of New Zealand hops, giving it a lovely tropical profile. For the salt, we chose Sel Saint Laurent, extracted from our precious St. Lawrence River. It's the perfect terrace beer for both sour and hoppy beer lovers.
