The Landbier of the Quebec terroir!
A highly complex Lager brewed with local ingredients.
For the past few years, suppliers of brewing ressources in Quebec have gone above and beyond to continually improve their products. We wanted to highlight the quality of these ingredients with a 100% Quebec beer in honor of these producers. Therefore, we opted for Pilsner and Vienna malt as well as a touch of malted rye from Malterie Caux-Laflamme, Hallertau Tradition and Tettnang hops from Houblons Bastien and a lager yeast of Czech origin supplied by Le Labo - Solutions Brassicole."
