We’ve kept the soft texture and silky drinkability that made Nord-Est a classic, but this time, we’re giving the spotlight to a single standout hop: Galaxy.

Hailing from Australia, this explosive hop is known for its uniquely intense aroma — a bright cocktail of juicy passion fruit, sun-drenched citrus, and a subtle resinous note that adds depth without overpowering. Used here as a single hop, it finally gets to shine with no filters, no compromises. With a tailored fermentation to maximize the expression of Galaxy’s essential oils, and a generous dry hop at the end of fermentation, we’ve created a beer that balances vibrant aromatics, freshness, and finesse.
