An Italian dessert, Boréale style!

For the first release of the year, we’re introducing a 7% Stout inspired by the classic affogato.

We’re kicking off the year with a creation that warms up winter: Cremalato, our 7% Affogato Stout. Inspired by the Italian dessert where ice cream meets espresso, this beer brings together the richness of coffee and the smooth sweetness of vanilla for a velvety, indulgent profile. To build its full complexity, we teamed up with our friends at Nordik Café in Blainville, using two infusion methods: hot for depth and cold for aromatic freshness. Add Madagascar vanilla beans, and you get a beer that truly evokes ice cream drowned in espresso.
