We present you this hoppy bomb brewed in collaboration with the microbrewery Sir John🍻. During the brewing process of this double NEIPA a large amount of spelt and oats were used, in order to give it a nice smoothness. The Eclipse provides aromas of honeydew melon 🍈 and tangerine 🍊 and the Strata offers characteristic notes of ripe strawberries. Also available in growler at Relais Boréale - Blainville for a limited time!
