This Episode is a 100% Quebec beer. 💙 It was brewed with local ingredients: malts from Malterie Caux Laflamme and hops from Houblons Bastien. The yeast blend was customized by Le Labo Solutions Brassicoles, and fun fact one of the strains was isolated from maple water. Finally, the boreal aromatics were sourced from Gourmet Sauvage.🌲 Also available in growler at Relais Boréale - Blainville for a limited time!
