Reopening of the Relais Boréale
To help you find our specialty beers, we are announcing the reopening of our Relais Boréale!
For your safety and the safety of our employees as well, we made some temporary changes to our processes to minimize contact while getting your Boréale beers. From now on, we are glad to offer a contactless car picking experience. You can now pre-order our products and pick them up without having to enter the Relais Boréale! You will be able to do so according to one of the following two options:

Are you interested? Discover below the steps as well as the terms and conditions:
1. Book our beers online or by phone using a credit card only, referring to the list of available products:

2. Choose a time slot and a date on which you will pick up your order at the Relais Boréale:
- AM (10 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
- PM (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
3. Provide a valid email address in order to receive confirmation of your order and the procedure for picking up your order at Relais Boréale.
4. During the pick-up day, go to the Relais Boréale and stay in your car. Dial 514-718-5927 to report your arrival to our employee as well as your last name, first name, and parking number. Open your car trunk so our employees can deposit your purchases and your receipt!
Make sure that a stable and secure place for your products is available in your car trunk so that our employees can deposit your purchases there.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The prices displayed include the price of the deposit excluding tax.
Payment and minimum amount:
An order of 25$ before taxes is required to be eligible to reserve our products both by phone and on our website. Only credit card payments will be accepted.
Relais Boréale opening hours:
Our Relais Boréale will now be open on Wednesday to Friday between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the pick-up of our products by car.
Note: Make sure you have reserved your products by phone or on our website before traveling. It is not possible to place an order and pick it up the same day. 514-718-5927
Product reservation and pick-up date:
In order to have time to process your requests, it is unfortunately not possible to make a product reservation for passage the same day. If you place an order, it will be available for pickup on the next following open day.

Return of your growlers:
Unfortunately for safety reasons, we do not take back previously used growlers. When the situation returns to normal, you will be able to have the amount of your growlers value credited on one of your purchase invoices when you report them. This measure is in effect for an indefinite period.
