Description

With its gleaming copper colour and caramel malt aromas, Boréale Rousse has a full, mellow taste with subtle bitter notes that give it a rich, distinctive character – an ale that grows on you with each sip. 5% alc./vol.

Ingredients

Malted barley, caramel malt, roasted malt, hop flowers, selected yeast, pure soft water.

Brewmaster’s suggestion

A beer for before, during and after meals and for evenings with friends. Boréale Rousse is best served chilled (8°C).
