Description
Boréale Noire is a full-bodied stout, nearly black with ruby glints and a creamy head. Its rich velvety taste suggests dark chocolate and roasted coffee with hints of licorice. 5.5% alc./vol.
Ingredients
Dark malt and roasted barley, pale and caramel malts, hop flowers, selected yeast , pure soft water.
Brewmaster’s suggestion
Ideal as an apéritif, especially when dinner will take time to come to the table, and delightful with chocolate cake at the end of the meal. Boréale Noire is especially delicious when allowed to warm a few degrees before serving (12°C).
