Description: Silky but not sweet, Boréale Dorée is an easy-drinking ale of complex flavours resulting from the fermentation of Quebec honey in addition to malt sugars.

Composition: An all-natural ale brewed from superior ingredients: water, pale malt, roasted barley, hops, yeast and honey. Dorée contains no colouring agents or preservatives. 4.8% alc./vol.

Brewmaster’s suggestion: Smooth and very refreshing, Boréale Dorée is best served well-chilled (6°C).
