Boréale Cuivrée Boréale Cuivrée - glass Rousse Blonde Noire Cruivree Doree Blanche

CUIVRÉE
Pale malt and caramel malt

Boréale Cuivrée will be enjoyed by fans of strong beers such as Belgian ales.

First brewed

1999
(since 1993 under its former name, Boréale Forte)

Description

Boréale Cuivrée is a strong beer with a shimmer of coral in its colour and hints of caramel in its bouquet. A smooth, richly flavoured beginning of caramel and fruit gives way to riffs of bitterness and heat as a wilder side kicks up its heels. 6.9% alc./vol.

Ingredients

A double ration of pale and caramel malts, with hop flowers, selected yeast and pure soft water.

Brewmaster’s suggestion

A treat with full-flavoured cheeses, Boréale Cuivrée reveals its full rich taste when allowed to warm a few degrees before serving (12°C). It is also enjoyed well-chilled (6°C) by those partial to its tangy bitter side.
