A few tips for savouring Boréale beers
Temperature
The taste of a premium beer is influenced by the temperature at which it is served. A higher temperature brings out the sweet mellowness of the malts. A lower temperature brings out the bitterness of the hops for a more thirst-quenching sensation.
Glass, effervescence, colour, aromas, flavours
Since we receive a wider variety of sensations through our nose than through our palates, beer should be served in a glass that allows its aromas to bloom and be fully savoured as they are released by its effervescence. The glass should be perfectly clean to showcase the colour and allow a savoury head of foam to form unimpeded. (The head also lasts longer in a clean glass.) The appropriate glass allows the master brewer’s blend of textures, aromas and flavours in Boréale beer to give their full measure. Make each experience a discovery!
